The stylish living area has two large comfortable sofas, one being a sofa bed and a large wall mounted smart TV. The living room leads out to the large garden where you will find plenty of outdoor seating as well as BBQ facilities. The large garden is private and enclosed perfect for pets!
The modern open plan kitchen & dining room is really well equipped with a large double oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, toaster & kettle. The dining area has a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests.
Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, the main bedroom is a king sized bedroom with a large wooden wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing room desk. The second bedroom has a double bed and chest of drawers with both bedrooms having garden views.
The main bathroom is modern with marble tiling, bath & overhead shower, towel rail, WC and basin.
There is free road parking outside of the house with a guaranteed parking space in front of the garage.
All properties are subject to a separate payment which will be taken for the damage deposit. You will be contacted up to 7 days prior to arrival in order to pay the damage deposit, guests will not be able to check in without payment of the damage deposit. Damage deposits will be refunded up to 7 days after check out providing there is no damages, breakages or missing items.
